All Sales Are Final
All sales made by Wicked Adventure Co. are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.

Condition of Products at Sale
All bikes and electric ride-on products are sold brand new with zero ride hours, zero time, and zero miles at the time of sale.
Customers are responsible for inspecting the product at the time of pickup or delivery.
By accepting the product, the customer confirms:

The product is new and unused

The product is free from visible defects

The correct item has been received

The product is accepted in satisfactory condition
Once the product leaves our possession, no refunds or returns will be issued.

No Returns After Transfer of Possession
After pickup or approved delivery:

We do not accept returns for any reason

We do not provide refunds due to change of mind

We do not provide refunds due to buyer’s remorse

We do not provide refunds due to improper use

We do not provide refunds due to minor dissatisfaction
All risk transfers to the customer at the time of pickup or delivery.

Manufacturer Warranty
If a manufacturer warranty applies, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the manufacturer directly.
Wicked Adventure Co. does not provide additional warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees not to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback based on:

Change of mind

Lack of understanding of product features

Failure to read product descriptions
Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Order Cancellation Prior to Pickup
Orders may only be canceled prior to pickup at our sole discretion.
Approved cancellations (if any) may be subject to processing fees or restocking fees.
Once pickup or delivery has occurred, no cancellation is permitted.

Arizona Compliance
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under Arizona or federal law.
