No Shipping Policy
Wicked Adventure Co. does not offer shipping for any products at this time.
We do not ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, or any third-party shipping service. All products are sold for local pickup unless an approved delivery arrangement has been made in advance.
Orders placed with the expectation of shipping may be canceled at our discretion.

Local Pickup by Appointment Only
All purchases must be picked up in person by appointment.
After payment is received and confirmed, customers will be contacted using the information provided at checkout to schedule a pickup time.
Pickup instructions and location details will only be provided once the order has been confirmed.
Customers must present valid identification and proof of purchase at the time of pickup.
Failure to schedule pickup within 14 days of purchase (unless otherwise agreed upon) may result in order cancellation and/or restocking fees at our discretion.

Delivery is not guaranteed and must be arranged directly with us prior to fulfillment.
All delivery fees must be paid before delivery is scheduled.
If delivery is approved, transfer of responsibility occurs immediately upon delivery to the provided address.

Inspection Requirement at Pickup or Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting all products at the time of pickup or delivery.
By accepting the product, the customer acknowledges that:

The product has been received in satisfactory condition

The product matches the order

No visible damage or defects are present
Once the product leaves our possession, Wicked Adventure Co. is not responsible for damage occurring during transport, improper handling, improper assembly (if applicable), or misuse.

Risk of Loss & Transfer of Responsibility
All risk of loss, theft, damage, or injury transfers to the customer at the time of:

In-person pickup, or
-
Completed delivery
Customers are solely responsible for safe transport, proper charging, proper operation, protective gear usage, and compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.

Electric Bike Safety Disclaimer
Electric bikes and electric ride-on products carry inherent risks, especially when used by minors.
Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for:

Supervision of minors

Safe operation

Use of helmets and protective gear

Compliance with age recommendations

Proper charging and battery handling
Wicked Adventure Co. is not responsible for injuries, accidents, misuse, negligence, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines after transfer of possession.
